The Police are investigating the death of a Genocide Survivor who was found on lying lifeless on the roadside on April, 6th in Rutunga Sector, Gasabo District. Police has arrested a 35-year-old man in Ngoma district, Eastern Province who threatened to kill Genocide survivors with a machete. According to Police Spokesperson, Commissioner of Police Theos Badege, Francois Nsengiyumva was arrested after a tip-off from local leaders and citizens.
